Sexual Abuse

	Introduction
	Zach's Story

Sexual abuse is a very traumatic incident that can happen to any child. This sexual act
has an affect on a person for the rest of his/her life - consciously or not. The victim's
life changes and his/her soul is hurt in a very painful way. Sexual abuse can influence
a person in all areas of his/her life. The person can have sexual problems, such as not
ever wanting to have sex or mysteriously getting promiscuous.

The person may have to deal with many other problems such as not trusting anybody, trying
to get out of relationships, outbursts of anger, depression, powerlessness and worthlessness,
thoughts of suicide, weight problems and many more.

If you suspect you or your child has been sexually abused, please consider going for therapy.
Working through this trauma and finding the lost pieces of your soul could change your life
	forever.

Zach started therapy by saying: "I had a terrible childhood, but luckily I was never
sexually abused!" This was the only positive point for Zach. However, Zach complained
about thinking and obsessing about death all the time. He tried to commit suicide a few
times but have, fortunately, never succeeded.

Zach's marriage was a disaster according to him. Zach would get so upset that his anger
made him do crazy things to his wife - even thinking about running down his wife with his
car. Zach had frequent thoughts about killing his wife.

Zach started therapy after yet another suicide attempt. He had to face a lot of pain from
his childhood, such as rejection and physical and emotional abuse. The greatest shock for
Zach was when he suddenly remembered how his own father sexually abused him. Zach felt
the strongest anger he has ever experienced in his life and could finally release it in a
	healthy way.

With every trauma Zach worked through, he became calmer. He even mentioned that his wife
did not upset him anymore. The thoughts of death slowly subsided and Zach embraced a life
of joy and fulfillment. Zach was relieved - and more so his wife.
